Michelle and her team have successfully recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for people suffering with asbestos-related cancers, namely mesothelioma and lung cancer. Michelle has handled all aspects of an asbestos case from pre-suit investigation to the filing of the lawsuit to the trial of the case.
Michelle has been recognized by Thomson Reuters as a Texas Rising Star on multiple occasions. A native of Laredo, Texas, Michelle earned her bachelor's degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and subsequently received her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in Miami, Florida. Michelle is a member of the American Bar Association, the Texas State Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
