Rod de Llano

Rod de Llano is a founding partner of Danziger & De Llano, LLP, one of the nation’s most successful firms specializing in mesothelioma and asbestos litigation. A graduate of Princeton University with a degree in Economics, de Llano’s early career involved co-managing his family’s import/export business before pursuing his passion for law. He earned his law degree with honors from the University of Texas School of Law and started his career in the litigation department of a large international firm.

Before specializing in asbestos injury cases, Rod defended commercial and product liability cases and litigated insurance disputes. This diverse legal background has provided him with invaluable insight into the companies responsible for asbestos negligence. Over the past 30 years, de Llano and his partner, Paul Danziger, have built one of the most influential national mesothelioma firms, securing over $1 billion in compensation for victims.

While financial recoveries are crucial, Rod understands that for many clients, achieving justice and having their voices heard is even more meaningful. His dedication to fighting against the exploitation of “the little people” by big companies is what drove him to start Danziger & De Llano.
